Diana Raghunandan was born, raised, and lives in Ottawa, Ontario, with her two German Shepherd Dogs. In 199🤐 she graduated from the University of Ottawa in Physiotherapy. She is fully bilingual and offers her services in both French and English.

She is a seasoned physiotherapist with a very strong background in Osteopathy, sports therapy and myofascial release. She worked at keeping the Canadian Special Forces (JTF2) deployable for 18 years. Longevity and training smarter was/is the key.

She has worked with weekend warriors, olympians, and professional athletes. She has experience in treating injuries from armed and unarmed combat, martial arts, MMA, arm wrestling, climbing, parachute injuries, stunt work, CrossFit, soccer, gymnastics, and construction.

Diana’s a hands-on kinda gal and has a very eclectic yet personalized approach. Her style of rehabilitation is focused on function and her goal is to get you back to doing the things you like to do! She doesn’t just want to know ‘what’ that is ailing, but more importantly, the ‘why’ that something broke down in the first place. Prevention is a high priority for her along with a progressive sport specific return to activity.

Her scope of practice includes Osteopathic Techniques (Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Ostepathic Protocols), peripheral and spinal mobilizations, Dry Needling, Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture, Graston Technique, and the Mulligan Technique. Modalities such as LASER, Micro-current, and EMS (electro-muscular stimulation) are also available.

Diana’s myofascial work is condition-specific, focused on the problematic tissues, and on postural realignment and reeducation. This is the deepest form of massage that you can get.

She sucks with computers and social media so please don’t hold that against her! She’s old school, honest, hardworking, and passionate about her profession.

Diana LOVES animals! She also holds her Diploma in Canine Rehabilitation, Small Animal Acupuncture and Dry Needling from the Animal Rehabilitation Division of Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has been the Physiotherapist for the World Agility Championships with experience at National and International competitions. She will accompany the AAC National Agility Team to the 2024 IFCS competition again this year. She uses all of her acquired skills from her human practice toward the physical rehabilitation of animals.

Everyone in her care gets her ‘greatest hits’ package. You won’t be disappointed.
