What do I need to do before my first appointment?
We ask that you fill out your intake forms (sent via email) before arriving for your appointment. If you are unable to fill the form out in advance, please arrive 15 minutes early to do so.

Our services are covered by the majority of private health insurance plans. However, some services may have to be provided by a particular provider : ie acupuncture, orthopaedic bracing etc. We always recommended that you check with your insurance provider to be certain.

At this time, you can expect to receive your receipt by the end of the day at the email on file. You can submit that directly to your insurance company. Patients often get reimbursed within a couple days.
